CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 27th June, 2025

At Bluefind Intelligence, we aim to provide investment professionals—including investment bankers, venture capitalists, and corporate development teams—with timely, reliable access to deal flow, investor intelligence, and company insights. We understand that your business needs may change, so we've designed our cancellation policy to be transparent and straightforward.

1 Subscription Types

We currently offer two types of subscription plans to meet different business needs.

1.1 Monthly Plans

Self-serve subscriptions billed monthly.

1.2 Enterprise Plans

Custom agreements with tailored access, support, and billing terms.

2 Cancellation for Monthly Plans

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

2.1 Effective Cancellation

The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your account and features until your subscription expires.

2.2 No Partial Refunds

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused features, or unused access during the active subscription period.

2.3 Auto-Renewal

Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

3 Cancellation for Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers are bound by the terms defined in their individual Service Agreement or Master Subscription Agreement.

3.1 Cancellation Process

To initiate cancellation, please contact your dedicated account manager or email us at support@bluefind.com.

3.2 Notice Period

Enterprise contracts typically require a 30 to 60-day written notice prior to the end of the contract term, unless otherwise agreed upon in your specific agreement.

3.3 Early Termination

Early termination may be subject to applicable early termination fees or payment of the remaining balance on the contract term.

4 Exceptions and Special Cases

4.1 Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please notify us within 7 days of the charge by emailing support@bluefind.com.

4.2 Account Inactivity

Cancellation due to inactivity does not trigger automatic refunds. You must actively cancel your plan.

4.3 Account Termination

Bluefind is also free to terminate (or suspend access to) your use of your subscription or your account, for any reason in our discretion, including a breach of our Terms of Service. Bluefind has the sole right to decide whether you are in violation of any of the restrictions set forth in these Terms. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances.
